Refund policy
We have a no-return and no-exchange policy, which means that all sales are final.
If you receive an item with manufacturer defects, damages, or misprints, please contact us at info@sovas.org. If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send further instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Size Exchanges - We are unable to provide exchanges if you make a mistake in selecting the size. Please be sure to double-check the size charts on the respective product pages to ensure that you are ordering the correct size. If you receive a different size from what you ordered, please contact us at info@sovas.org.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the production facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the production facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
